Items that are used, washed, or damaged (other than due to shipping) will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide full instructions on how to send your item back.

A return shipping label is included inside your package, but it can only be used once your return or refund has been authorized by our team. Do not ship anything until you receive confirmation from us.

We’ll guide you step-by-step on email about how to prepare and send your return via mail. Each & everything about the return process i.e. how to pack? how to use label? where to deliver? etc, all will be guided to you thoroughly through our email or call support, just to make sure you don’t have to rush

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, color, or size, simply follow the return process above. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a return, refund, or exchange at no cost to you. (We accept returns for defective and non-defective products)
